Abstract

This article will address the profile of the Brazilian Public Prosecution Service, focusing on two axes: the legal framework for its members and its role in criminal prosecution. The objective is to demonstrate the unique profile of the Brazilian Public Prosecution Service, especially after the 1988 Constitution, making it one of the most important and reliable institutions in Brazilian society, despite facing various challenges.
