Per una legge equa, semplice ed economica: la semplificazione nel Regno Unito
Abstract
United Kingdom is one of the countries where the focus on regulatory simplification strategies has been present for many decades. Policies of deregulation, better and smart regulation have gone through various phases of experimentation and led to numerous regulatory interventions aimed at making the relationship between public administration, businesses and citizens more transparent and straightforward. However, legislation requires constant adjustment and governmental bodies are subject to the variability of the changing political times. New prospects are opening up in the aftermath of the implementation of the post-Brexit plan, bound to have a significant impact on specific sectors such as public contracts, planning and administrative reviews.
