Il sistema della Cedu e le resistenze nazionali: dal referendum svizzero un’indicazione in controtendenza
The ECHR System and the national resistances: the case of Swiss referendum
The paper analyses the risks for human rights because of populist attacks. Therefore, the paper underlines the reactions to the rejection of Self-determination Initiative (also known as the “Swiss law, not foreign judges” initiative) by Swiss voters.
