Pizzorusso and legal comparison
Abstract
The paper underlines the contribution of Alessandro Pizzorusso to the Comparative Public Law and his role in the Comparative Law Associations. The Author dwells on Pizzorusso’s Handbook “Sistemi giuridici comparati” that went beyond the traditional distinction between Comparative Civil Law and Comparative Public Law. This change has characterized all Pizzorusso’s scientific production. It further analyses some Constitutional issues by using a comparative approach.
