Apuntes acerca de la corrupción en las contrataciones administrativas, con especial referencia a la República Argentina

Abstract

Corruption in the Argentine Republic transits complex paths; Recent judicial  investigations with political, economic and social consequences that can not yet be determined, have revealed the existence of a corrupt system of paying bribes to public officials whose main center has been administrative hiring. In the present article, after considering some statistics that indicate substantial problems in the fight against corruption and briefly recount the main facts and acts investigated, the rules related to the ethical demands and the reforms implemented regarding conflicts of interest will be discussed. in the administrative contracting and the responsibilities of legal persons.
