Europeanisation and globalization: the impact on the language of Public Administration

Abstract

The paper aims to demonstrate that Italian legal system is adapting to globalization the language used by administration. In particular, the Authors identify two different ways: promoting of languages other than Italian or promoting Italian and foreign languages. It further assesses some critical aspects of the adaptation.
