El control de los estados de excepcionalidad por las asambleas parlamentarias autonómicas

Abstract

The control of states of exceptionality by the regional parliamentary assemblies - If there has been a notable neglect by the doctrine of the study of states of exceptionality (except, of course, for the state of alarm), this has been even more notable in relation to the autonomic involvement involved in their application. And this analysis gains in depth when the role of the autonomic assemblies in the decentralized execution of the different emergency mechanisms included in the Spanish constitutional order is analyzed. For this reason, this will be the object of all our research, revealing the complexity of this problem. And its study will allow us to provide solutions to the different situations that may arise.
