Abstract

Effects of the decisions of constitutional judges: techniques and political appeal – The experience of the jurisprudence of contemporary constitutional courts is the subject of numerous criticisms which revolve around the theme of the limits of the role of the constitutional judge and his relationship with the legislative power. The examination of the typologies of decisions and of the different ways through which the Courts modulate the effects of the declaration of unconstitutionality of the law constitutes a significant moment of examination of the role of the Courts in the implementation of the Constitution.
