Constitutional issues and dynamics on armed conflicts

The Russian attack on Ukraine has rekindled the spotlight on the discipline of the use of force and on the conditions that legitimize war interventions, imposing a reflection on the scope of art. 11 of the Constitution. The work intends to reflect on two different aspects: the weakness and marginalization of Parliament and the definition of the substantial scope of art. 11 Const. in which the "repudiation of war" is the expression of a choice of value to be combined, about security in international relations, with the principle of legitimate defense.
