Abstract
The essay discusses the most recent evolutionary trends concerning legal ethics in the administration of justice in the United States of America. The text refers to the role of legal ethics in the education of prospective lawyers to elaborate some considerations on the adoption of set of rules governing the field of the so-called judicial ethics.
