Abstract

The paper examines Fbi v. Apple Case about FBI's request to unlock the iPhone used by one of the terrorists in the 2015 San Bernardino attack, but Apple declined to offer assistance. The Author analyzes the main aspects related to encryption, All Writs Act, data protection and security protection.
