The Algorithm between Will and Representation

Abstract

The present article deals with some theoretical issues concerning human and A.I. bias. Algorithm is supposed to be a means to prevent biased/not objective decisions. Nevertheless, we experience on the daily basis that human interaction (and even “irrationality”) must always occur in determining a judicial decision. This “irrationality” sometimes avoids and sometimes provides justice.
