Safeguard Guarentees of the Rule of Law in the EU: an overview of recent general documents

Abstract

Abstract
The assay analyzes some recent documents adopted by EU Institutions in order to guarantee the Rule of Law within the EU. The first part of the paper underlines the two dimensions of the Rule of Law, thin and thick. In the second part new recent documents adopted by the EU institutions are analyzed through a systematic approach.
