New trends in conscientious objection: reflections on health professionals involved in end-of-life care

  • Cristina Luzzi

Abstract

The aim of the paper is to highlight the relationship between Law and Science in conscientious objection in end-of-life care. I will try to argue that the objection of health-care professionals may be no longer a right established and limited by the
legislator because it strictly depends on management of health facilities.

Keywords: Conscientious objection; End of life care; Objection of health-care professionals; Legislator; Management of health facilities.
