Abstract

This paper explores the Italian water service management and begins by describing the evolution of water laws and their effects on the water policies regime in Italy. It aims to demonstrate the existence of an “Italian case” after comparing it with French, English and German water regime. It further assesses the “Sblocca Italia” decree and the Stability Law for 2015.
