The corruption in Romania

The evolution of the phenomenon of corruption in the Romanian society has led in recent years to a series of legislative measures meant not only to fight against, but also to prevent corruption. However, public opinion considers corruption to continue to be one of the major issues of society. The article analyzes the efforts in the anticorruption fight, both of the legislator and of the civil society, the elements of the corruption offense and the methods that could lead to the prevention, or at least the reduction of corruption
in the Romanian society.
