Corruption and Public Procurement in the Far East: law enforcement techniques in the People's Republic of China and in Japan

Abstract

The paper provides  the reader with an outlook on corruption and anti-corruption measures in the Far East - particularly in China and Japan. With a particular focus on the ethical shortcomings of corruption and on the peculiarity of the public procurement system in the aforementioned Countries.
