Abstract: The article discusses the Miller judgment of the Supreme Court, by critically examining the grounds on which the Court considers, on the one hand, necessary a statute authorising the Government to notify the intention to withdraw from the European Union and, on the other hand, that devolved Legislatures have not veto power in the Westminster legislative process concerning the withdrawal from the European Union.
