Abstract

Abstract
The present paper intends to analyze the protection of the human rights in the Spanish Constitution (Art. 10.2). The dialogue between the European Court of Human Rights and the Spanish Constitutional Court has created a solid doctrine on fundamental rights that led to a high-level protection of human rights in Spain. The Author further assesses the Parot doctrine and the dialogue between the Strasbourg Court and the Italian Constitutional Court.
