Racial discrimination in constitutionalism and the permanent moral incapacity of the president. A study of the Peruvian case
Abstract
This work analyses how the thin connection between racism and institutionalism would put into question the existence of the principal of the balance of powers in the constitutional state. For this reason, this analysis focuses on the racial facts as important factor for the dismissal of the Peruvian President Pedro Castillo due to permanent moral incapacity.
