Techno-procedural authority of the law and a politcs destiny

Abstract

Historical crisis of democracy and its representative forms suggests a crisis of the transcendental foundation of politics on values and will. New technological tools seem to fill the gap between representative political institutions and represented political actors. Are the A.I. innovative technologies in lawmaking able to restore a political demand in front of the law or the modern technic of lawmaking in western civilization is in itself free from the need of politics due to its techno-procedural authority?
