Science, technology and forms of legal production

Abstract

This short paper introduces the monographic section that contains the documents relating to a day of study concerning the role of legislation and political decision-maker in the face of scientific progress, especially in three fields of investigation: biolaw, artificial intelligence and environmental protection. In particular, it focuses on the more general context in which the analysis conducted by the several contributions is developed.
