Abstract

Algorithms put public administration in front of an unprecedented challenge. This requires the updating of some traditional categories of administrative law, starting from the notion of administrative act, such as the institutes of the participation, when not of real paradigmatic changes to the changed context of reference, keeping as an essential cornerstone the guarantees of due process.
