Abstract

In the last few years the denial of the Holocaust is increasing. The Author focuses on the legal approaches in the European countries to ensure the effective implementation of a clear legislation for combating racism and xenophobia. The article aims to analyze the Italian Law which considers this crime as an aggravating circumstance.
