Trends in the post-soviet Eurasian constitutionalism: the case of Armenia

Abstract

The present article intends to outline the phases and distinctive features of the constitutional reform, enacted in 2015 in Armenia. In order to do so, it first presents a comparative analysis with an aim to place the reform within the complex framework of amendments procedures in post- soviet countries. In the second paragraph, it will focus more specifically on the innovations introduced by the constitutional reform.
