Il regionalismo alla prova dell’emergenza pandemica: un raffronto tra Italia e Spagna

Abstract

Regionalism to the test of the pandemic emergency: a comparison between Italy and Spain – This contribution aims to examine the various instruments provived, first of all at the constitutional level, by the Italian and Spanish legal systems to deal with emergency situations such as the one currently caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. Attention will be placed on the effects of the emergency and its management on the relations between the central State and the autonomies and therefore on the concept of regionalism.
