Asimmetria e pandemia: la “specialità” delle regioni abitate da minoranze nazionali alla prova della legislazione emergenziale in Italia e Spagna
Abstract
Asymmetry and the pandemic: the special status of regions inhabited by national minorities under the test of emergency legislation – This essay aims to investigate how regions inhabited by national minorities have reacted to the centralising momentum resulting from emergency legislation in two developing federalisms, Spain and Italy. In doing so, it will analyse the stance of ethno-regionalist parties in four sub-national case studies: Catalonia, the Basque Country, South Tyrol and Valle d'Aosta.
