The limitation on prosecution in the German criminal code
Abstract
The limitation on prosecution in Germany is regulated by law in the sections 78 ff. of the German criminal code (Strafgesetzbuch or StGB). This article contributes a short introduction to the central regulations and the questions arising from this topic.
