Minority rights protection in interwar and contemporary Poland: a comparative perspective
Abstract
The essay examines the condition of minorities in the March constitution, noting how this condition has never been easy in the history of Polish law. The difficulties were not resolved by the 1921 constitutional text and, albeit with ups and downs, they were substantially maintained even in subsequent eras, after the Second World War.
