Abstract

Abstract: Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg was, at least in the last decade before her death, the most brilliant exponent of the Supreme Court’s liberal bloc, for reasons related to her intellectual charisma and, to a not entirely lesser extent, because of opinions polarization within the conservative component of the Court. This short essay analyses her legal philosophy with particular regard to her feminist theory. The Author also shares her impressions on Justice Ginsburg’s long-lasting intellectual heritage of to the current Supreme Court.
